1. Faulty Goods
Before returning any faulty items please put in writing the problem and we will return with possible solutions. Please leave a telephone number to contact you on. If the problem is not fixed we will ask for the item to be returned and either refunded or replaced.
2. Misprinted Items
All artwork must be provided in the correct format and and specific colours must be explained in the order.
If the misprint occurs at syne graphics fault we will replace at no extra charge. Any return of the item will be at our cost.
3. Damaged Items
Syne graphics accept from time to time that courier companies can damage items. Will will endeavour to meet deadlines within 48 hours or 5 working days if the items are not urgent.
Syne Graphics reserves the right to ask for items to be returned before next items sent out. Syne Graphics reserves the right to repair the items back to its original standard.
